This is my over-engineered rubber-mount expansion chamber hanger, courtesy of SendCutSend and South Bend:
I took a lot of time to locate the hanger bracket to the exhaust in the exact right spot. Due to the fat diameter of the main expansion chamber, I am trying to get it tucked in as well as I can. I then broke out the Titanium 125 flux welder and tacked it in place. With the headpipe and mounting bracket now tacked in place, I dropped the expansion chamber off at my welding guy. He usually turns stuff around in a week or so.
