I made this spacer to adapt the Suzuki steering stem to fit the Aermacchi. It’s from scrap aluminum, not sure of the exact alloy. It will sit in between the lower steering bearing and the lower triple clamp, similar to what I did for Bultakenstein.
The taper above it on the stem will be machined to fit the bearing ID. It doesn’t need much taken off, just going from 30mm at the bottom of the taper to 28mm.
