Using online parts fiches, I found one Suzuki with non-leading-axle forks (for less offset and more trail) that I can positively determine will directly swap onto my bike: The 1982 GS750EZ. It uses the same axle and has the same fork diameter as the GS650GL forks I am using. It should slot into my custom-machined triple clamps.
