I got the rear rim alignment sorted. It all fits together without modification to the swingarm or the frame. However, with the YZ125C swingarm as far to the right as possible, there are scant millimeters to spare. The swingarm itself is offset from the frame centerline a bit, but that’s really immaterial. The only drawback is aesthetic.

The sprocket studs will all need to be shortened a bit, but I’m converting to a narrower 420 sprocket, so that shouldn’t be an issue.

I also got the engine and torque converter, so I can start mocking up the chain run as soon as the rear sprocket arrives.
