I bought tires for The Bride. I wanted something more scrambler-ish than racy, but still street-oriented. Heidenau K66s are primarily commuter scooter tires, available in either winter and year-round compounds. The sizes I need for this bike are available in the year-round style. I think they’ll suit this project perfectly.
I ordered a 90/80-16 for the front and 130/70-17 for the rear from Cycle Gear. They won’t arrive for 2–3 weeks.
