I couldn’t get over the cobby looks of my adapted mount for the Hyde M-bar. But I wasn’t keen on the drag bar I had, and none of my clip-ons would fit the 36mm fork tubes. So, I sprung for a new clubman handlebar from Niche Cycle.
I really like this style of handlebar: similarly to the M-bar, it moves the bars forward, but not downward as so many other clubman bends do. The flattened spots where the sections are welded isn’t terribly elegant looking, but practically speaking, the bars will be bent beyond use before the strength of the junction becomes be an issue.
