I am still pondering what to do with the Aermacchi. I’ve got no serious offers in response to my ads for the chassis, so I guess it’s going to be up to me to do it after all. The Ducati single idea isn’t dead yet, not by a long shot. In fact, Jocelyn Cantel, a singles-class Ducati racer from France, has demonstrated that this is literally all that’s required to turn a twin into a reliable counter-balanced single. In fact, he uses the airflow to help cool the oil. Since I already have a Monster 620 engine in serviceable condition, my original concept is actually the most affordable path forward!
