2006-2010 CFMoto CF250T-3 V3
Performancewww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.com
It's a 250cc with an auto-clutch CVT. One and a half stars is more than generous.
Handlingwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.com
Light weight and low center of gravity are pluses, swinging crankcase provides horrific unsprung weight out back. Still, it's probably better than most scooters...although that's not saying much.
Lookswww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.com
Some readers will be shocked, but I give CFMoto credit for being daring, different and fun. Tacky details cost it a half point. (Its fakey/derivative V5 stablemate would get zero stars.)
Reliabilitywww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.com
CFMoto is among the better Chinese brands.

All the advantages—and disadvantages—of a scooter.
Desirabilitywww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.com
Cool, but only in a goofy, 'but-not-for-myself' kind of way.
Overallwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.comwww.dyerware.com
A low effort/low return road appliance. Funky enough to make me smile, but too chintzy and low-grade to ever spend money on.
